Body By You readers- post how many reps you did of the exercise that you were unable to complete for 12 reps during the initial evaluation. Then, after 2 months, post those exercises- the ones that were a bit too tough- and how many reps you managed.
Body By You Advanced Progressions
Body By You comes with 5 movement categories, each containing a 25 exercise progressions. Once you've conquered one of these progressions, you can come here for 5 harder variations. The YAYOG app will soon be updated with complete progressions.
