Start exercising as soon as you start the watch, which should be on a 3-minute repeating timer, and go to failure. Your rest time is the time that is remaining of the 3-minutes. Start the second set of the exercise as soon as the first 3-minute interval is over. Start the third set of the exercise as soon as the second 3-minute interval is over. Go to failure on each set. At least one of each exercise’s three sets should be in the 6-12 rep range. If you are not performing the exercises in the 6-12 rep range than you should adjust the difficulty of the exercise so that you are.
If possible, you want to perform the exercises within the first 1.5 minutes, so that you’ll have adequate rest before beginning the next. But this is not the priority.
