Week 2 (19) - Day 2 : Complete

Exercises: Crunch it Ups // Hip Ups // Bicycles // Hello Darlings

Remark: Did all the reps.

Difficulty Rating: 7/10

Comment: As I've said above, I'll include a 5th workout day, dedicated to the core. I felt the need to include this day, because I haven't felt any improvement in the core muscles, since I started the program. And it's the only area that hasn't improved. So here it is, the Core Day. Also, I'll try and do the exercises in a (W-W-R-W-W-W-R) fashion (W = workout day , R = rest day), instead of (W-R-W-R-W-R...), as I am doing now. Keep Pushin!

Week 2 (19) - Day 3 : Complete

Remark: Did all the reps.

Difficulty Rating: 7/10

Comment: Well, nothing special. Just another leg day...Toyotas have really started to seem easy...I remember the first time I did them, I did 5, and took a break, because my legs were killing me. :D

Week 2 (19) - Day 5 : Complete

Remark: Did all the reps.

Difficulty Rating: 8/10

Comment: Well, this was the last day of the Muscular Endurance block. Happy for that since those ladders are damn boring. On to the Strength Block!

Week 3 (20) - Day 1 : Complete

Remark: Did all the reps, but took some pauses towards the end.

Difficulty Rating: 9.5 / 10

Comment: The only reason I didn't give this a 10/10 is because I'll save that for the stappers. Overall a really savage day (in case you forgot, it's the first day of the first week of the Strength Block, 1st Class Program). I took some 3-4 second pauses towards the end, at close grip push-ups and dips. I feel unstoppable!!

Q, what layout did you use for the workout, ladders, pyramids etc?

Week 3 (20) - Day 3: Complete

Remark: Did all the reps.

Difficulty Rating: 7/10

Comment: Just another workout day. Nothing special. Pull-ups still are too much for now, assisted Pull-ups are somewhat ok.

@Chris, I'm in the Strength Block, so 3 sets (each) of 12 reps , one set having 3 minutes. :)

Due to an extremely busy schedule, I won't be able to post in the same detailed manner as before :(. Sorry about that. But I promise to post every time I get over a milestone. I will finish the book. ;)
