I did it! My first 10 weeks are DONE!

Post your goals and progress here. Let's help each other stay accountable! Body By You readers- post how many reps you did of the exercise that you were unable to complete for 12 reps during the initial evaluation. Then, after 2 months, post those exercises- the ones that were a bit too tough- and how many reps you managed.

HOOYA!

Last night, I cranked out 200 Back Lunges, 160 (one-armed!) Let Me Ins, and 120 Push-Ups to finish off my first 10 Week Program!

Hello, biceps! Hello, triceps! Hello, abs! And my thighs are bigger than they've ever been before (and I used to be a serious cyclist, so that tells you something!)

I'm beyond ecstatic - I'm a little stunned, to be honest. YAYOG is hands-down the absolute best exercise program I have EVER attempted. I actually look forward to the exercises each and every day. I'm pushing the book and the mobile app on anyone who will listen!

Thanks to you all here in the forums for your stories and support - and a super big shout-out to the big man himself - Mark Lauren. This is nothing short of an amazing program.

I'm starting the next ten weeks tomorrow! :D See you all for round two!

Congrats! That's some workout! I'm guessing this is the basic class? Gosh, I've finished the basic class and don't think I could do that many reps..you must have been flyiing through your reps!!

Wow! I could probably do 120 push ups -- if you gave me 12 days to get them done! If you're entered in any arm wrestling contests in the near future, please let me know. I'll bet the house on you!

Great job, Chris! A big congrats to you. You've got to be feeling good.

After a year in which a lot changed for me (see my other posts ;) ) I gave up on the basic prog 7 weeks in and decided to start again. Thank god I did because a week later I met my current girlfriend who took a liking to my body changing over the weeks that followed. She's driven me to do the best I can and keep going and I finished the 10 week Basic today. Unlike you though, I have climbed to this from a position of utterly no physical exercise, or any understanding of nutrition. I have lost 2 stone, now I eat properly, and I love doing this stuff. However, here is what I did today for the rest of us mortals!

60 Back Lunges
48 Let Me Ins
36 Push Ups

Frankly I don't know how I could do any more than that while keeping form and doing them steady and properly, but then I was an overweight slob back in August.

So that's it, I've finally done it. In a few weeks I move to the next Program up - I qualified for it about a month ago I discovered.

Mark, I owe you a lot more than the price of the book.

Thank you.

Liam
