hey there,
I am Inspired by all of you guys, i have just started the first class program (just finished week 1), and it has been kicking my butt! I used to be a wrestler (4 years), martial artist (3 years) and a runner. I have since gotten an office job (last 2 years) and gained 3 lbs... I am getting married in 69 days and i am workin my tail off to get in better shape for future wifey... Its awesome i can do it without spending 40 dollars a month for a gym.
Thanks again (you guys, as well as mark)

Holy canoli!!!! You two look AMAZING!!!!

Well...eating healthy on a regular basis has become a daily thing for me over the past few years. I barely even think about it anymore, so that part of the program should be fairly easy for me. I also love working out, so "finding time" won't be a problem, either. However, pushing myself to the limit and beyond, keeping on going when I reach one of those days where it all seems hopeless, losing motivation and wanting "faster" results, are all problems for me. I hope, hope, hope that when I am done I will have made some real changes like you guys have obviously done.
You both are fantastic, and a real inspiration (even to the girls). :P
