One thing I noticed when I first started was that I started to have an "urge" to exercise- I just wanted to do some push-ups for fun. I mentioned this to my friend and he felt the same way! I used to hate the thought of push-ups, but now I look forward to doing them. It's been easy to stay on the program for two reasons: 1) the results and 2) the variety. I hope this testimonial doesn't sound contrived, because it is absolutely the truth. I can't say enough good things about it. I think I have found my lifelong method of exercise!

feeling great at 50+
I just wanted to thank Mark for the excellent book. I originally got the eBook and then the hard copy. I have been so happy with this program. Over my 50+ years, I have done lots of different work-outs, been through various gym memberships, sports clubs, etc., but I have to say that since I began this program, I feel the best OVER ALL. I could not believe how fast the results came. My friend and I are just about to complete the 1st class regimen after doing the basic program. It's been a great experience. I feel strong all over, a lot of aches and pains have disappeared and my wife compliments me regularily on how good I look. I can hardly believe it. I have told so many people about the program and since I started, my wife and kids and dad (who is almost 80) have got into it also.

Thank you for sharing ... how inspiring! I love hearing about the age ranges and that it is a family endeavor.

Im far away from 50 but...
I feel you man. I have never felt better myself. And i dont remeber myself lookin for next day and next cycle and next workout. I love it and it is really good to read other people feel the same positive energy. And i think hope and honestly can see myself going till 50 and 60 with this... its so simple... Eat healthy and do some BW and you and me and all of us can be so much more healthy and happy
Anyway all i really have to say is: GOOD JOB!! And keep it going!!
