Maybe I'm counting the wrong way but for exercises you do with both limbs I'm often short on time.
For example on the supersets with one-legged rdls you have 30 seconds for the first 5.
One count is left foot right hand, left foot left hand, right foot left hand, right foot right hand.
This doesn't fit in the time.
The same for lunges (especially with slow negatives).
For intervals with the rdls I have the same problem.
Am I counting the wrong way or is the the standard time not convenient for those?
Am I the only one who runs into this?

I was wondering about the same issue but the problem is not so much the app but the book which doesn't make it very clear to me, wheter the counts apply to both sides or not. Some exercises are fine for me with double count, some are impossible and the 30s restrictions makes it often impossible even if you can do the amount.
However, you can hit pause in these situations if you want to do all of them.

Week 7 Push of the master class only shows 3 exercises it should include seated dips in the ladder as well.

I noticed a flaw today:
During a ladders workout I was interrupted and pressed pauze. After a little over a minute I returned, resumed the exercise and did my 5 pushups.
After that I was given a 110 second pause.
It looks like the timer used between presses of ïncrease/decrease reps" is not paused when the workout is paused.

Hey Leaf, I started doing a stappers and I did the first two exercises in the first round (12 one legged squats and 6 divebomber pushups) but then a friend came in and started talking so i paused it. When my friend left I restarted the stappers workout, but at the end of it when I had done 13 rounds it counted the extra round I restarted so it showed 168 one legged squats (14 rounds) instead of the 156 (13) it should have shown and same for the divebombers. But for the let me up's it showed the 104 (1 rounds) correctly since I hadn't done a 14th one.
It seems that when you restart a workout without finishing the workout first and then completely restarting it that it counts it.
