hi again senorchupacabra,

I was just wondering, are you repeating constantly the undulating blocks or are you doing the program over and over again changing some exercises?

@ Bean-- In my opinion, legs are the Achilles heel of calisthenics. I think, pound for pound, iron is better for developing leg strength and power. With that said, weights cost money and space and I've personally chosen to go without weights and there are options for those of us who make this decision. After you've milked pistols, you can start training to do box jumps from a pistol squat. If you can do a box jump from a pistol, you are not a man to be trifled with. There are also pistols with your hands straight over your head, pistols with your hands behind your back (trust me, makes a huge difference), shrimp squats, weighted pistols, pistols on an unstable surface. You can add a backpack with some added weight to all the exercises. Your box jumps and side jumps and iron mikes will really get a good stimulus from the new weight added. My only criticism of YAYOG is that Mark didn't include enough "advanced" exercises, especially for the legs.

@Bastrix--I'm doing the 10 week program over and over again. There are some exercises I include every week (one-arm pushups, handstand pushups, dips, pullup variations, pistols, leg raises, l-sits, bridges), other than that I change the exercises as I see fit.

Actually I think Im gonna do the same as you and restart the master level program. Just gonna add a couple of mods like including more abs and static positions cos I feel my abs never get enough workout with the regular program.
