This past month I have been having erratic workouts and my schedule has been really screwed up. I am finishing the master class in a couple of days so I will plan on reinforcing a regular schedule once I start either the master class again or the chief class.
Normally I workout 4x a week so an example week would be:
Day 1 Push
Day 2 Legs
Day 3 Rest
Day 4 Pull
Day 5 Core
Day 6 Rest
Day 7 (Either Stappers, another Rest day or Push.)
How many days per week? What is your schedule?

Re: How many days per week? What is your schedule?
I average 4 workouts per week. But on a interesting note I recently wanted to see how little I could do and still maintain my level of fitness. I found that I could work one intense full body workout per week and not drop any reps in difficult exercises such as pullups or dips. For my running program I needed to run once every ten days.
I do stay at a fairly high level of fitness and have been exercising consistently for years. Even when I'm reducing intensity my lifestyle is very active. I ride my bicycle for any most any journey within a 10 mile radius. I can beat car, train or bus within that radius.

My number of workouts per week depends on the part of the program I'm in.
For ladders, I do 8 days straight (alternating upper/lower) then one rest day.
For intervals, I do 2 exercises per day (alternating push+pull / legs+core) for 4 days then one rest day.
Supersets are same as intervals
For the undulating block, I go in 4-day blocks:
Day 1: Push, Pull
Day 2: Core
Day 3: Leg, Stappers
Day 4: Rest
This is how I did the basic program (starting week 10 tomorrow) in 35 days, and I'm hoping I can do first class in the same amount of time, but if my body cries out against me then I'll give it some extra rest.
Based on that, June 18th should be my last day of the 1st class program so long as I don't break.
