Week 2 (15) - Day 2 : Complete Remark: Did all the reps. RDLs still suck.

Comment: Medium difficulty day. Those RDL's are frustrating, I just can't keep my balance well.
Answer to above posts: @dkm1977 Welcome to the club.

Physique is ok, arms, chest, legs a tiny bit bigger, nothing really noticeable yet. You have to keep in mind, I'm at it for about 5 months. I didn't expect to undo 20 years of neglect in 5 months. It'll probably take 2-3 years to look the way I want to. As for the way I feel, there is an ENORMOUS difference: less stress (I had severe depression problems for some time...it's been diminished a lot), after I go up 5-6 floors on the stairs (always take the stairs) my heart barely goes above 100 (before starting the workout, I couldn't even breathe, by the time I reached the 2nd floor), and a tremendous personality boost, you gain confidence by following the program, the satisfaction that you work on something just because you can, and you want to. All in all, the results are astonishing, even though I didn't get the looks I want, yet.
But the looks will come, they have to!
