Week 4 (13) - Day 4 : Complete

Remark : Did all the reps.

Difficulty Rating : 6/10

Comment : It was a pretty easy day overall. Nothing to comment on the exercises. Next is another Stappers day, and I just hope I'll do better this time.

Week 4 (13) - Day 5 : Complete

Remark: Did the exercises with good form.

Difficulty Rating : 12/10 (Clearly off the damn scale...)

Comment: The last day of the Beginner program is over. I managed to stay alive for about 13 minutes, then finally couldn't take it anymore. Stappers are just the kind of workout that would make Bruce Lee cry like a baby. :lol: On the 1'st of January 2012, I'll repeat the undulating block, and then it's on to the Intermediate program. Happy New Year to all! ;)

Thanks :)

Ok, so we've had our fun and games, wasted a couple of days, with New Years Eve and stuff... now it's back to work. ;) Happy new year to all, and make 2012 better than the last one!

Yep...but not too much... ;)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Week 1 (14) - Day 1 : Complete
Remark : Reached muscle failure at every exercise. Did all the reps. Tried to maintain good form.
Difficulty Rating : 8/10
Comment: Well, it was a pretty difficult day, and I remember it was also a bit hard the first time I did it. By the time you reach the 3rd exercise (Close Grip Push-ups), you'll struggle with muscle failure really bad.
Week 1 (14) - Day 2 : Complete
Remark: Did all the reps. Toyotas still are tough, did a pause at 7 (12 rep set). RDLs suck, as usual...
Difficulty Rating: 9/10
Comment: Pretty tough day. Toyotas are burning your quads and the Side Lunges (done in 12 rep sets) are absolutely killer, very intense. That is, 12 reps FOR EACH LEG...so 24 non-stop side lunges... :P
Difficulty Rating: 7/10
Comment: Relatively easy day. Nothing special to comment about.
Week 1 (14) - Day 4 : Complete
Remark: Did all the reps.
Difficulty Rating: 6/10
Comment: Well, pretty simple day. I still don't understand why Mark included 2 exercises that work the legs, and 1 that works the abs, in a Core Day (tabata core day) ? I guess after I finish the 4 programs, I'm gonna customize one where I put some more accent on the abs/lats. It's the only place where I don't see almost any improvement since I started the program. Arms are a bit bigger, legs are a bit bigger, abs/lats are almost non-existent. :cry:
