I am 42 years old this month.

I started with Basic training (as i was very much out of shape), did 1st Class once, and am doing 1st Class for the second time (not ready yet for Master).

So far i really notice a huge difference in muscle tone, strength, and muscle mass (and other things).
As for getting rid of unwanted fat, i still have more than i want to have (mid section, and on pecs), but i can't expect to get all the result i want in such a - relatively - short time.

However, i really can tell that YAYOG works and gets me there! :)

Thanks so much Mark for this awesome book! :)

DATES OR DRIED MANGO: These little gems have all the sweetness of lollies, with the added bonus of vitamin C and iron,
EGGS: Think of them as little protein bombs. Plus, they're a good source of iron and lecithin, which is critical for brain health...

Dropping fat has definitely nothing to do with ab workouts, EVERYTHING COMES DOWN TO YOUR DIET, Eat more soups, cut harmful sebum, harmful meals of every type, glucose, Eat 4-5 periods a day, Never overindulge, and certainly don't under eat...
