Eating 4000 calories a day. HOW???

Hi there Russninja.

Again im not a dietician or anything, but as skinny guy with a high metabolism i'v found the only way I can gain weight is through eating 3500 cals. I'v found the only consistent way of doing that is through weight gain drinks, you can get lots from the usual large internet websites ( not sure if I can mention them here but im sure you can guess ). With these as suplements yuo can easily get an extra 1000/2000 calories into your diet. There mostly consist of dairy and carbs so not too bad for you, just make sure your eating some veg on top of these and you should be fine. Good luck with it, but I would definetly look into it as its the most convenient and affordable approach I'v managed to gain around 10 pounds or so in the last few months from this :D

Eat a LOT of healthy fats (saturated included) and focus on clean carbohydrates as well as good sources of protein. You might want to consider getting a weight gainer as well.
