Use partial reps. As you get stronger, slowly increase the range of motion. Use this technique sparingly.
For people that struggle with the easiest variation of the Let-me-up, this is a good time to use partial reps.
Let-me-ups can also be replaced with Let-me-ins, but instead of pulling the hands to the stomach, pull the hands to the chest.
